A layer of glass on the hulls to take local impact and scuffing.

HP Scanner goes weird. Could not get a normal scan of the hulls sides with glass laid out.
This one is a bit earlier in time with the chine joint contoured.
Two dimensional full scale mockup of interior layout. Hulls are about at final spacing.
External aft deck. two layers of 1 1/2" honeycomb plus some hard points for attachments.
Lightweight cloth to bond the two honyecomb layers.
Sandbagging for contact pressure.
Port side floor panel underway.
Drilling the aluminium for the cabin centreline joint.

Cabin connector bonded and bolted to floor centreline timber.
Lots and lots of bolts.
Reinforcements in cabin floor are mount points for the forward struts.
These are the aft strut mount points and drive spindal reinforcements.
Bottom centre has some extra joints that are also taped externally.
Aft cabin wall, door will be cut in later.
Total 197 Hours
Light tape over the external joint.
Aft cabin wall held in place for glassing bottom joint.
