Cut 4 pairs of cabin side tops. They nest to maximize plywood utilization.

Total 210 Hours

Just the butts are reinforced in this panel.

Half finished and ready for the last three panels.

Now just the sanding to do.

Held in place for glassing.

Cabin sole supported to take weight until joint sets.

Thats about 1/2 of the cabin size.

Putting the cabin side on with a little help from Poly.

The front lower panel a few scraps in there.

Upper front panel in.

Port upper deck panel, block are hard points for deck rail. I see from this I forgot the fore and aft ones... a little more work later.

The copper-nickle keel cooler. mostly air in the box but it still weighs about 30 lbs.

Attaching the cabin upper deck side piece to ensure a good fit. Build first part to plan and mateing part to fit.

That will be a big cabin top.

Cabin top in place.

Trim to fit.

Centre joint.

Bonding with a bit of weight.

The windows arrive from Alabama.

Remembered to put in all the reinforcement blocking this time.
