Fixing a delamination defect in the 'BS' 1088 plywood

Will need a bit of sanding.

Starting the stb side floor. Build up against the port side so that it fits just right.

Its a smaller shop with the boat bits in it so storing the stb roof panel up there.

A bit of a QC problem on some of the Tricel honeycomb. I have lots to spare but about 5% of the sheets have some sort of defect.

Blocking for the W.C.

The engine arrives. Yanmar 4TNE84T SA 50HP all day at 3000RPM but will spend most of its time at 1400-1800. Red box on the left is a Murphy oil level gage and the round black can in the lower foreground is a Gulf Coast heavy duty oil filter.

The business end with the output shaft. Above that are the gauges and starter which will be relocated.. Top left is the Turbo.

Window in door and a bit of the solid stock on the edge of the door.

Second order of 4mm marine ply was a different brand. Looks like Brunzeel based on markings. Full 4mm dimension but awfully warped.

Cutout lines for clamp on windows. Outer line has reminder not to cut there.

Front windows interior view.
