9 hour: Seal stb bow cone. Install pipe frames in stb bow. Install collision bulkhead stb. Install keel floor reinforcements. Mark stb hull for waterline. Mask tape on.

Pipe frames.

9.5 hour: 80 grit sand stb hull below waterline and prime with 2 part acid wash primer. Doing this with the grinder was the first time the boat felt really big.

12 hour: Weldout frame bits in both hulls. Paint stb hull with 2part epoxy barier coat ( Ameron 3xx). Six hours later it was fingernail soft. Hard in a couple of days. Weld caps on underbeam hull stiffeners. Make last deadlight frame. Start install of deadlight. Screw head popped on one frame that was old growth fir.

Oh Joy. I get to do this again in another few weeks in the mud and rain.

Paint is 5" above LWL which is 3 1/2" above empty WL.

1.5 hour: Cut more tabs for watertight bulkheads and weld tabs on for around opening ports.

3 hour: Grind port hull. Install most hatch furring supports. Install watertight tabs in port hull except collision bulkhead.

8.5 hour: Fit and weld mast step stiffner. Test hatch fastner for plexiglas. Seal cone of port bow. Weld in bow tubing frames. Stiffner in port shroud frame. Sela port sail locker to hull. Weldout aft section port hull and rudder reinforcemnts. Weldin keel floor reinforcements.

13 hour: Weld in lookouts at from of cabin top tbar. Make 100 3/16" sole tabs in addition to 80 1/8" ones (wife broke one ). Fab and weld in stb shroud plate stiffner and seal up stb side of sail locker. Install another cabin window. Weld in six rack supports in port pantry. Weld in all solde tabs in port hull. Bend angle for aft top hatches. Weld end caps on lower mid rails on lifelines.

4 hour: Tabs for sole in stb hull and put in bunch of furring strips.

4.5 hour: Check for pinholes in last of port hull. Build stb aft hatch. Puto on fur strip supports.

2.5 hour: Finish welding bit in aft section stb. Clean adn seal watertight bulkhead with sikaflex.

14 hour: Seal some bits with sikaflex. Put on 5 deadlights in pouring rain under tarps and plywood. Sikaflex sets up quich with the high humidity. Weldon bits and pieces inside. Hatch hinges aft port, hatch lift supports and dogs on forward watertight hatches, bunk suppors port and 1/2 of stb pantry framing, ran out on the 1lb spool so time to quit ( 10pm).

6 hour: Weld out stb racks, stiffner on stb collision bulkhead. Seal stb collision bulkhead. Tabout F2 on stb hull( for watertight )

7 hour: Seal stb F2 watertight bulkhead. Attach last two windows, just the hatches to do.

2200 hours to date.
